Points
What are points?
Points are awarded in exchange for your content contributions to the seen Web site. By submitting photos, stories, voting, and inviting other users to participate,
you will earn points that can be redeemed for real items from seen marketing
partners.
How do I use my points?
As you accumulate points, check out the points section to view a variety of items available in
exchange for your points. The more content you contribute, the more points you will earn. Save
your points for something big, like a free dinner for two at a local restaurant, or purchase
smaller items more frequently.
Why do some themes have higher point values than others?
We place different point values based on the popularity of a theme, or the amount of time left to
submit content to that theme. We encourage contributions to all available themes, however, from
time to time we will vary the point values to ensure enough submissions are made.
What is a wishlist?
A wishlist is a way to remind yourself of items you want, but are not ready to purchase. If you
haven't earned enough points for a particular item or aren't quite ready to redeem your
points for it, save it your wishlist. It will be waiting for you whenever you're ready to
purchase.
How do I redeem an item after I've purchased it?
Once you have purchased an item, you will immediately receive an email at the address you provided
during registration. The email will contain detailed instructions about how to redeem your purchase.
You will need to present the unique redemption code associated with the purchase (along with a photo
ID) when picking up your item. Note: an item redemption code can only be validated once; it can'
be used again and again for the same purchase.
What if I lose the item's redemption code?
Not to worry, all redemption codes are stored on the seen Web site. Look back at your
purchases within the "points" section and you will find your code.
What kind of merchandise is featured on seen?
There is a wide variety of merchandise ranging from products and services, to discounts and VIP access
to events. Check the points section frequently as we will be adding new items from local partners as often
as possible. All items featured are those provided by our marketing partners – the other set of folks who
make seen possible.
